He also added a barn door shower in both bathrooms., he put in shower seats and grab bars in both bathrooms. He even came back to fix some issues we were having. "We called in the order and scheduled the time, however, when the technicians arrived, they did not have the scaffolding needed to reach the ceiling and had to reschedule. When they arrived the second time, they didn't have the platforms for the scaffolding and had to go purchase it from Home Depot. I assisted the two technicians in setting up the scaffolding and the install. I think they could have done it themselves, but if I helped, they would complete faster. The fan was VERY large, and they did a good job of removing the old one and installing the new one. Overall, very pleasant to work with, just could have been a bit more prepared. Reasonable rate with the Angie's list coupon."
