"Home Reimagined was given the daunting task of updating our 1947 Cape Cod home to accommodate our aging health issues. This required significant modifications to our family room, kitchen, and dining room. The suspended ceiling panels were falling, lighting throughout was poor, and storage was a problem. In addition, floors were unlevel. To avoid going up and down the basement stairs to do laundry, we wanted to have a stackable washer/dryer installed in the dining room. While we were thinking big, as wanted a dishwasher---as we’ve never had room for one, and an island. “So let’s knock out a weight-bearing wall and expand the kitchen”! John was very responsive and thoughtful in how we could proceed with the renovation. He came up with ideas for configurations and gave clear outlines of the work that would be done.

"Tim came out to give me a quote in 2020. He was informative and pleasant to deal with. We didn't have the money saved up until about 10 months later. So... Now, we've hired them. The crew showed up bright and early around 7:00am and got to work. The tear-off stage was quick, clean, and painless. I went out to peek periodically, and the crew was hard at it every time. Tim (the owner), called multiple times to check. He didn't make it out in person, but for us the calls were plenty and appreciated. They wrapped up around 5:00pm. That included the clean up, which included multiple rounds of blowing off our deck, sidewalk, etc. as well as running magnets over the entire area at least twice. When we went onto our deck later, we did notice some shingles were a little "cupped". My wife texted Tim and he responded to explain why both at night and early the next morning. Long story, short; this is normal and they will flatten out once we get a little heat. So, all in all, we would definitely give Tim a call if we ever need roof work again."

"These guys were great to work with. They have completed two major projects for us this far in a kitchen backsplash install and remodel of a master and second bathroom. There was a slight mistake that they made with the master bath remodel, but they took full ownership of it and made it right. We have them quoting additional projects as well as I believe in having a contractor that I can trust. All of their team members are super professional, extremely nice and great to work with. Would certainly recommend this company!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"The finished product exceeded what we had envisioned. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their line of work. Very pleasant to to work with."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
