"I received 3 roofing estimates, but Pro line was the only to thoroughly understand the full scope of the project (water infiltration into the basement) and recommend all of the correct fixes (repair/replace 2 gutters, add valley flashing at roof/wall intersection, replace building paper on wall below and replace flashing at wall/porch intersection to divert water away from foundation). Both other companies just offered band-aid solutions to the gutters and/or tried to up-sell replacing gutters that were not involved in the basement leak. "Everything went smooth. I've used them in the past and was very happy with the work. When a leak formed in my chimney, I first had the flashing sealed. When that didn't work I figured it might be the masonry. I called Antonio and he can about about a day or two later to take a look. Noticed crumbling mortar and some cracked bricks. He recommended repointing the chimney. They also resealed the flashing with a rubber like compound and sprayed a sealer on the entire chimney. So far so good.
