The removal went smoothly with no problems and the new staircase is beautiful. The work is quality and everything was clean when done. We are extremely happy with the new stairs. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. "We had been burned by fly by night contractors before. Rob assured us that he would restore our faith. He was right!!! He was dedicated, reliable, creative and a pleasure to work with every step of the way on an extensive master bathroom remodel. Along with Ken and Eric, he took the bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt us a 'getaway'. I feel like I'm stepping into a 5 star hotel suite shower everyday when I climb onto our new enormous mosaic floor.
