"Most kitchen cabinet remodels are called refacing where the doors are replaced. We wanted a more complicated job performed. We wanted the existed doors sanded and restained. Mr. Kaplan sort of hemmed and hawed about the estimate and then directed us to another craftsman. That man did a terrific job. Mr. Kaplan helped find the right person for the job. I think it is HARD for contractors to sometimes turn away business. Especially in the years leading up to 2013. Though Mr. Kaplan did not do our work I would definitely consider him for my next job.
