America's Best were helpful and they were able to fit me into their schedule on a tight schedule. They showed up on time, did a very good job and I was happy with the results. "Michael was great.  One of the new fans was defective and he offered to return it to Home Depot as I had other repair men coming to the home that day.  I did pay him for the extra time (very little).  He was on time and he did return the following week to do other electronic repairs.   Very nice man that you can trust and does not charge an arm and a leg.  He is my new electrician from now on.
I have this fan in the family room and it was too low.  He is the only person that said that he could raise by removing the shaft... Very pleased.

"From the first day of work, Mr. Sadock and his employees were courteous, polite, and professional at all times. They worked well as a team, were pleasant, reliable, efficient, and hard working. They were puntually there each day to work on time, were well groomed, and eager to begin. We were impressed with the quality of their work, and the way the work was completed.
Each day, focus areas were prepared for work. Our furniture was treated with care, and the walls and floors protected. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening, and the progress of the overall project. At the end of each day,the work area was cleaned, and materials and tools put away. Our comfort was always a high priority.
When the project was completed, we were asked to do a final walk-through of all the rooms of the house. Mr. Sadock's employees touched up, replaced all light fixtures and vents, thoroughly vacuumed, and cleaned work areas. They did great work.
In the end, we were left with beautiful ceilings. Mr. Sadock, Ygal, personally followed up with us each day to make sure we were pleased with all progress. He continually went over and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the work, and his employees. We appreciated the suggestions, courtesy, and care he afforded us, and our home. "I was not thrilled with him. He did what was asked of him, but he left some things undone. He put the door in and put a doggie door in the door. He framed the door, but he did not replace the trim and he did a bad job on the stucco outside. The door wasn't great. I think he was a little expensive. He bought the door and we paid him for that plus labor. I wouldn't call him again."

All the trash was removed as they went and when the job was complete the area was clean. The job was completed on schedule. I have a kitchen remodel coming up and I will hire Bernal Construction."

"The whole experience with TRC was great!This was an exterior paint and deck repair job. Our Supervisor Leo was EXCEPTIONAL! He not only was professional and courteous., he oversaw the entire process with great communication! Returned all phone calls and texts and was always available to answer any questions. The â painting/deckâ crews were always on time and left everything clean at the end of each day. We appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved and we couldnâ t be happier with the finished product! We highly recommend this company!"

"That turned out okay. They found a leak, which we knew existed. He was able to caulk around that so that it would not leak anymore. The whole inspection and repair took less than an hour. He had the supplies with him. He was a nice guy, pleasant and did what was expected. The only questionable practice was after he found the leak, he suggested that he could caulk the leak and we pay him additional. We did pay $25.00 more for him to do that, but originally he wanted $75.00."
