Unfortunately, it started to rain and didn't stop after they had waited for about an hour. They asked if they could try again a few days later. We agreed. They showed up on time again and started right to work. After removing the old unit, they pointed out that the duct had suffered major rust damage and gave us an estimate for making a new one. They returned the next day with the duct. They cleaned a lot of dirt out of the bottom of the duct, installed the new one, then the new swamp cooler. It took a total of about two hours. They seemed to work efficiently and were always amiable and polite. The new swamp cooler works great. We would recommend Samson to anyone with a plumbing problem."
