"Bill and Ray were easy to work with. They had good ideas, were very accommodating, knowledgable and experienced. The install team (Frank and guys) did an amazing job. They had very high standards, took pride in their work, and were respectful of us and our property. They communicated well. The quality of work was superior. They transformed our backyard into a beautiful area. They installed synthetic grass, lots of pavers, a dry creek bed along with plants and boulders. We highly recommend them for your landscape project."

"It actually took a number of calls to the main office before I connected with their sales contact (Wriley) who handles these types of jobs. Eventually able to schedule an appointment to get an estimate on the job. Wriley came out and assessed the work and provided job options. I was impressed by his polite, no nonsense demeanor. He provided an estimate 1 or 2 days later via email. Turns out that work on the city sidewalk requires city permits and inspections.. Unlike some of the vendors that I got estimates from, Chavez Concrete included dealing with these permits/inspections. That was very attractive detail for me. Once I decided to go with them, they scheduled the work to be done 1 or 2 weeks from then. Wriley and the crew showed up bright and early on the scheduled work day. Wriley and I reviewed exactly what was to be done- which included digging out any remaining tree roots that may interfere with the new sidewalk. The crew worked hard and efficiently. It was a three day process. The first day the existing concrete was fractured / removed, roots dug out, ground prepped, and concrete forms put in place. Day 2 was the concrete pour and finish work. Day 3 was inspection and site cleanup. It all went well and I'm am happy with the finished product. I have no complaints regarding the process."

"My 12 year old wood porch was wood rotted badly. Initial installation of the porch did not provide the rain/snow to run off properly and instead any slow run off ran down into the beams and posts. After a big wind the facet of one of the corbels completely fell off showing the wood underneath was completely rotted. Angi/Home Advisor referred ERG Construction to come out and give an assessment and they came out within 1-2 days of being notified. I found Eric, the owner very professional and courteous. He looked the porch over checking to see how bad the damage was and explained what he thought needed to be done and how he would not only repair it, but also prevent it from happening again. I was happy to see that he didn't seem like he wanted to do more repair than needed and I felt comfortable and confident that he would do the job and do it right. He was able to come out sooner than we had even scheduled and even with the holiday season being in full swing and the lumber business he usually deals with being closed, he still came through by finding another company to provide the vegas, corbel and posts that we needed. Eric and his worker, Aaron showed up and worked hard every day they were there. When they left for the day they always made sure that the work area was as clean or cleaner than when they got there. They showed up when they said they would and worked almost non stop every day. They finished the job on time even though we had to wait a day on pieces to be made. When the project was completed, I was amazed that it looked nicer than it did to start with and my porch and yard were completely cleaned of any debris. Eric took the time to explain what he did to ensure the water would not be able run down causing it to be damaged in the same way again. I am so thrilled with the job ERG Construction did, I will definitely be using them again in the future for any needs that I have. You will not find a better team to do your project. Eric and Aaron did the work of a 4 man crew and finished in record time. The other 2 reasons I liked these guys was 1. Eric is a veteran and I believe in supporting our veterans and 2. My dogs loved them and I totally trust their instincts. Schipperkes are not dogs that trust just anyone. I highly recommend them and think you will too if you hire them to do your job."

"After the inspection was performed, Vernon, call me right away. He informed me of the extent of the foundation damage , and what was the root cause of it. The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."

"The owner, Earl Freeman, was an absolute godsend. Earl (who was referred to us by a neighbor after we put out a distress call) truly saved the day after an Albuquerque spray foam roofer did a terrible job with a new roof install and refused to fix it (even after 6 months of complaints filed with the City of Albuquerque, the NM Construction Industries Division, the NM Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau). With the utmost professionalism and general contractor know-how, Earl got our roof fixed and our home repaired...all on the bad roofer's nickel. How Earl worked that magic, we'll never know. All we DO know is that we will NEVER hire for a medium to large residential job, again, without tapping Earl Freeman, first. This guy is connected and knows how to do the job right! And, he will save you time and heartache from the outset. We are forever grateful to this man."

"The concrete and grading project well fairly week. The contractor started and finished as planned. He came back to fix a problem. However, the finish work was not the best. <br /> The block wall construction - another story. The subcontractor or employee that supervised the project was less then professional. Always late, always telling a different story . . . I felt like he didn't understand what was covered in my contract with JK Marsh. The quality was fair. <br /> In general the company does ok work but does not communicate with employees, subcontractors or the customer. It was difficult to work with them. This project started June 20 and ended in September. The project was planned to be done in a month. <br /> I won't hire them again. I am still waiting for my copy of the city permit for the wall!! <br />"

"In the Southwest, you have a flat roof home, and there are three poles and poles going across the top of the porch holding it up. Those poles were rotted, so they replaced them. They put in the best roof money can buy on a flat roof home. The only issue I had was that it was hard to get receipts from them. The work was fine. Dave, that owns the company, is a great guy. They are dependable. I am going to use them to do some tile work for me."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Bosque Farms, NM

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
