Removed defect disposal and installed new disposal. Left information on new unit. Told me to call if I had any questions. New unit is much quieter. Estimate and cost were the same! I will use Ortega for all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs!"

"It went well. The plumber called to let me know he was running a few minutes late. He examined the garbage disposal when he arrived then the pipes under the sink. He pointed out some issues with the pipes under the sink and with the installation of the current disposal. I had been suspicious about this and agreed with his assessment. He rebuilt the pipes under the sin and installed the disposal. Nothing leaks now! The garbage disposal works as expected. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the installation.

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

"They are very good and I haven't had any problems. They charged $65 to turn off the cooler. They charged a little more in the spring because they put in new pads. After a month it didn't seem to be working so they came out and it was clogged with sand. They didn't charge me to come back. They charge by the hour for the drain cleaning. It is around $85 an hour. They are real good and I would use them again. They call me."
