She said that it didn't take very long and everything was fine and paid. It went just fine, it was great. It was worth the money. There were no repairs. He didn't say, well, you need this, you need this, you need this, nothing, no. It was a nice experience. I called by a day or so and set up an appointment and made sure that my mother could make it and she said yes. It was within the same week of the big deal purchase, maybe just a few days or something like that. Everything went smoothly."

Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. We just recently had him come back to do the second unit. Each time during his service visit, Andrew was professional and friendly and answered any question I had along the way. I love that the person who gave me the estimate is the same as the person who performed the work. You can tell Andrew is very proud of the work he does. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
