"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service."

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."

She was very friendly and thorough, even calling me back to confirm all the details - most places its like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone! Jared got to us as quick as he could and was very friendly and SUPER knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable with the situation and what he'd do to remedy it. He even brought me along during his entire check thru and work to explain what he was doing and how it'd help. He even gave me his number and told me to call him if any other pest-related questions come up in the future. Jared and Brinx are the epitome of a great Small Business - one that was great to support!
