"We built our home some 40 years ago. We had All In Builders Construction Corporation come in and renovate two separate buildings. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. "We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

"When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"I can honestly say that they were very professional and did an awesome job they remodeled my kitchen from top to bottom and I could not be more satisfied. After they finish the kitchen, I rehire them to do a bedroom and it turned out great. They painted the walls re-textured. The ceiling lay down the laminated flooring. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10."

"It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). I believe we were one of his earlier clients to do an impact glass window project this large. The initial installation of the windows, removal of shudder material went relatively quickly; however, the installers completed quite a bit of work, that was not up to our or Eric's quality standards, resulting in re-do, reworking time. Successive attempts resulted in a switch-out out of the team and a different crew. As a customer I appreciated the dedication to quality work, but would have appreciated it being completed more quickly. FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."
