"Really liked how thorough the estimator was in inspecting the old roof and what was needed and recommended. Covenant was at the top end of the quotes I got, but I received the new roof I needed. Everything got done when they said it would and actually quicker. Clean up was complete and thorough. No extras or surprise expenses either."

"Jackie and Dave were great to work with throughout the process. Leading up to getting the new roof installed, we had a crazy storm rip through. I reached out to Jackie and she rallied the troops (while she was on vacation!!) and got someone from her team to rush over and caulk a compromised spot on the roof, which kept us dry until the new roof was put on. I can’t say enough great things about the whole team!"

"I think they do a good job, but since it's a roof only time will tell."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"Went very smoothly, could have asked more from Luis. He went above and beyond and explain each step along the way. When it was determined that the work was more than extensive than was originally quote he still kept the price the same. I would definitely recommend Luis and will call him back next time I need my entire roof replace."

"It went very well I have nothing bad to say about them they arrived on time, the price is fair and they finished quickly."

"Best Performance Roofing made the process of replacing our roof stress free! Other roofing companies we met with seemed to be more concerned with the meeting their needs before ours. We were pressed to sign with them or lose out on a time line that was very limited. Some only pushed one kind of roofing material. With Sam and the folks at Best Performance Roofing we were treated with care. They put us first. They were very professional and thorough in explaining the different products they had and help us decide on what would be best for our home. The work was started right away at our home, not like the months wait we would have had with other the companies. I am so grateful that Best Performance Roofing was recommended to us. Everything was done clean, professionally and in the promised timeline. Now we have a beautiful new roof! Thank you again, Sam and your team!"
