After seeing his work there, we hired him to build our custom deck and prepare it for a deck cover installation. He took the time to learn about our project idea and offered options to build it. All throughout the project he made sure that we are informed so we can make the decision that best suited our project needs and budget. He took our project to design, architectural and engineering phase then permitted the project and built based on the approved architectural plan. He is very open and clear communicator and very patiently answered all our questions and helped brainstorm ideas. He was the liaison with the company who is building the deck cover and his expertise and attention to details was key for us to choose the right cover product and design. Ryan and his crew are very friendly and respectful. Their work is outstanding. We are very happy with the end result and will call them again for future projects."

"After experiencing water damage to my kitchen/dining room, I sought a contractor to do drywall, flooring & painting. In addition, to construct a new pantry door, and change out my remaining, first floor hardwoods for porcelain tile. I immediately felt a "good vibe" from Yariel from Bello Home Solutions. He was organized/systematic, detail oriented, very "engaged" with my project needs and personable. He and the Bello Home solutions team were expeditious and did high quality work. "We had a great experience working with Treiber Building LLC. They were great at communicating every step of the way and provided great suggestions which helped guide our decision making. The billing process was transparent. The quality of the work was excellent and we were able to work through issues that came up, which is inevitable in a project the size of our renovation. We faced additional challenges due to the Corona Virus lock down but they handled this professionally while adhering to all state guidelines. We could not be happier with their service and plan to go to them for future work."

"Pros: The employee who did the work did a great job, he was left alone to work on the house most days and only had help for a short period. They worked with the customer to pick a plan and did not force anything without agreement of the customer. Cons: Was difficult to work with when something changed. Their electrical contractor misquoted codes and when brought up that I didn't want him doing the work (as he was attempting to charge an additional $4,000.00 to move the breaker box that was not necessary) it was difficult to have the estimate reflect that work was not being done. It appears that they do not have a cost per line estimate system that they can provide to the customer if requested. Also it seemed as though they took his job as a second job to do when they didn't have something better. There were times that I wondered if the contractor would even show up and what was quoted as a 7 day job ended up taking close to 6 weeks. Also have not finished adding the privacy glass in the bathroom window as was ordered. They advised the window store messed up and they would be out to fix the problem, this was approx 1 month ago and I haven't heard anything to date. Overall - Good Builders but don't plan to have great communication or the job completed on the timeline they gave."

"Excellently, we initially explained to Vic what it was we wanted to do and he was very receptive to what we wanted Without trying to “take over” and do what was easiest for him. Vic was also very reassuring that what we wanted to do was doable. My wife and I were amazed at what Vic was able to do with rerouting some heating vents and plumbing to hook up our new appliances. Vic was also very knowledgeable in dealing with electrical contractors saving us from being overcharged and avoiding unnecessary work and products. We are very very happy that we were able to find Vic to remodel our kitchen and are very glad that he agreed to do it. We are very happy with his work and very proud to show our friends and family our new kitchen."
