"We hired Topline Builders and Renovations for a full home addition, adding nearly 600 square feet to our main floor. From the very first consultation, Ben walked us through the architectural plans, structural requirements, and permitting process with the city. We were nervous about taking on such a large construction project, but they made it feel organized and manageable. The framing crew worked efficiently, inspections passed without delays, and the final finishes blended seamlessly with the existing structure. You honestly can?t tell where the old house ends and the addition begins. Communication was consistent throughout the entire process. This wasn?t just a contractor showing up ? this felt like a professional construction team managing every detail properly."

"We hired Vic and his team to replace a gas range with electric. This task was complicated by the need to upgrade our electrical panel and run new cables to support the new range. We also needed to cap off the old gas line and repair and paint drywall. They made sure that everything was up to code (including correcting an existing problem they found with grounding) pulled the required permit and arranged for inspection of the completed work. We were impressed by their professionalism throughout. As well as doing quality work they also were very careful to protect our home and clean up once complete. We were very pleased with the finished job and would definitely hire them again."

"Ryan from Johnson Custom Builders was referred to us from our neighbors. He is a design builder. After seeing his work there, we hired him to build our custom deck and prepare it for a deck cover installation. He took the time to learn about our project idea and offered options to build it. All throughout the project he made sure that we are informed so we can make the decision that best suited our project needs and budget. He took our project to design, architectural and engineering phase then permitted the project and built based on the approved architectural plan. He is very open and clear communicator and very patiently answered all our questions and helped brainstorm ideas. He was the liaison with the company who is building the deck cover and his expertise and attention to details was key for us to choose the right cover product and design. Ryan and his crew are very friendly and respectful. Their work is outstanding. We are very happy with the end result and will call them again for future projects."

"We had a great experience working with Treiber Building LLC. They were great at communicating every step of the way and provided great suggestions which helped guide our decision making. The billing process was transparent. The quality of the work was excellent and we were able to work through issues that came up, which is inevitable in a project the size of our renovation. We faced additional challenges due to the Corona Virus lock down but they handled this professionally while adhering to all state guidelines. We could not be happier with their service and plan to go to them for future work."

"Pros: The employee who did the work did a great job, he was left alone to work on the house most days and only had help for a short period. They worked with the customer to pick a plan and did not force anything without agreement of the customer. Cons: Was difficult to work with when something changed. Their electrical contractor misquoted codes and when brought up that I didn't want him doing the work (as he was attempting to charge an additional $4,000.00 to move the breaker box that was not necessary) it was difficult to have the estimate reflect that work was not being done. It appears that they do not have a cost per line estimate system that they can provide to the customer if requested. Also it seemed as though they took his job as a second job to do when they didn't have something better. There were times that I wondered if the contractor would even show up and what was quoted as a 7 day job ended up taking close to 6 weeks. Also have not finished adding the privacy glass in the bathroom window as was ordered. They advised the window store messed up and they would be out to fix the problem, this was approx 1 month ago and I haven't heard anything to date. Overall - Good Builders but don't plan to have great communication or the job completed on the timeline they gave."

We stumbled across him on Angie's List as we needed help installing an egress window prior to the sale of our house. I'm so thankful we found him! We also had him take care of a few other projects like building a stair railing and addressing a plumbing issue. He did a great job on all of the projects we hired him for. He is hard working, dedicated and definitely knows what he is doing. His pricing was very reasonable and I felt like he really cared about taking care of his customers. All of those traits are not easy to find. I've been through a lot of contractors and he is definitely my favorite. I would hire him again in an instant."
