"Jason was wonderful!! Turns out my problem was not a window but a window covering, he gently fixed and did not charge for time or labor. I would highly recommend Jason for his professionalism, speed in getting here, and overall demeanor and friendliness. He even said he would come to Fort Collins if I needed him when I make that move. Thank You for sending him my way. Roberta W. in Littleton, CO"

"In addition to the deck reconstruction and refinishing, Michael built a porch overhang to allow me to create an outdoor cooking area out of the rain. He also replaced 3 windows with a new patio door to the newly refinished deck which opened up our kitchen and improved the flow of the house. New exterior lights were installed on the deck as well. One day, Michael noticed a water leak inside our house and quickly jumped into action and replaced a broken pipe inside a wall that would likely have caused major damage had he not fixed it so quickly. Very happy with the service we received and the quality of work."

"I hired this company for my elderly parents. A gentleman named "Leonard" came to the residence and did a FANTASTIC job. He even noticed the shower had the incorrect caulking so he went to the store and purchased the correct one, placing it around the door . They were simply AWESOME. I can't recommend them highly enough!"

"Quick to measure for replacement glass on my window & gave a great quote. He said he would order & be able to schedule install in 3-5 days. 13 days w/ not one form of communication I left a message. They called the day after I left the message. No mention of my call to them - they just said that it took longer to get the product. I suggested they communicate better w/ the customer. Install was quick and well done although they were 1 hr 10 min late for the scheduled appt. Because of the confusion with scheduling he deducted $9 off the final bill. Overall: great price, skilled work but very poor customer service and communication."

FAQs for glass shower door or enclosure repair projects in Boulder, CO

The type of glass shower you choose depends on your household size, lifestyle, and budget. Custom designs and frameless doors will cost more to install and repair. Framed glass shower doors can be a more budget-friendly option.

If your glass shower has many people using it daily, you also want to opt for durable glass options, and you’ll need to stay on top of maintenance and repairs.

Regular cleaning and sealing are key to keeping a glass shower door in its best shape. A glass shower door looks great in modern bathrooms, but when the glass is covered in dried water spots or smudged fingerprints, it can make the entire bathroom look messy.

  • Apply water repellent: Water repellent costs about $5 to $10. Use it to help wick away water droplets from the glass.

  • Squeegee the walls: Keep a squeegee in the shower, and use it to remove water from the glass after each shower; this only takes a few minutes.

  • Weekly cleaning: Each week, use a glass-safe cleaner or a foam cleaning eraser to scrub down glass shower walls.

  • Monthly cleaning: Check caulking and reapply as needed to prevent leaks, particularly for frameless doors. Clean the tracks to prevent the door from sticking.

There are several glass treatment options out there that can make it easier to keep your glass shower door clean. Treatments can help keep soap scum, corrosion, and pesky little fingerprints at bay. You might pay as much as a 30% upcharge on the price of your glass shower door to add a protective coating.

Even with a protective coating, you have to clean your shower. If you are diligent about wiping down shower walls after use and giving the glass a more thorough cleaning every week, you can likely save money and skip the added glass treatment.

If your shower endures heavy use from multiple family members and guests, a protective coating can make it easier to keep the glass spotless.
