He was able to accomodate the design needed for additions in my 1949 Cape Cod style home, as well as redesign on the interior. He lived more than an hour away, but was willing to travel out to my home for measurements! This was a huge plus. He was able to coordinate the printing of blueprints, so I could pay for them and have them sent to my home, since he lived a distance away. I would highly recommend him to anyone, in need of an architect, for a project, on an older home. He was such a pleasure to work with!"

"This is the 2nd job we has Steve do for us. The was a min bathroom renovation and also kitchen backsplash. Bathroom came out great. He walled off a second door to access the bathroom, ripped out old tile, and put down new tile and installed a new vanity. Very happy with the finished product. Steve also did the backsplash in the kitchen. It came out perfect. I would definitely recommend Steve for any home improvement projects you may have."

He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. I’ve heard of so many horror stories about contractors so i was so pleasantly surprised at how great this experience was. The work began quickly and the workmanship is incredible. These guys know what they’re doing. Tim is so professional. He is prompt, he communicates everything in detail and really pays attention to detail in the work. He’s also a really nice guy.
