"Josh came to my house and gave me a quote for 2 new downspouts. He was very gracious and polite and gave me a quote of $520.00. I accepted the quote. Two lovely gentlemen came and installed new, though extraordinarily cheap, downspouts. (I paid by check). Josh said he would reconfigure the downspouts so they wouldn?t leak. When the gentlemen came and finished their job, they were in the exact same place. I mentioned this to the laborers and they said Josh never mentioned any changes. The installation occurred on Friday and I e-mailed Josh at jcarney2525@gmail.com on Tuesday and let him know what happened. That was almost a week ago and no reply. I still have leaks from the new, though cheap, downspouts. I?m out $520.00."
