"Called and made appointment. Steve and Dave arrived within the 2 hour window. I was not sure if the fans needed replacing or just the thermostat. They went right to work, diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed and replaced the thermostat. When asked if anything else was needed, I asked them to wire the smoke detector and check the GFI which also needed replacing. Both Steve and Dave were very pleasant, honest and efficient.
