"I was a little disappointed that I had to call them to see when the install would be scheduled. The person I spoke with claims she tried calling me a few times to schedule. I asked if she had left a message and she replied she didn't remember. On the plus side, my installer, Brandon was very polite and professional and walked me through everything he was going to do.
