"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

"I called Chambers and spoke with Kevin. He came out to my house the same day and diagnose my central air system as low on refrigerant. My system is twenty years old and has never been serviced. Kevin check out the system and based on the service history recommended that I recharge the system and monitor it over the summer. Kevin was honest with me and he wasn’t looking for the big pay day. "Rob was fantastic. i had an 80yr old cast flange finally rot out at one on the slots. Called Rob, a rough estimate was provided and time of arrival established. He was early, well spoken and cleanly dressed. He applied boot covers as it was wet/snowy outside. He replaced the flange and poured a new joint, adding additional support by anchoring the flange to subfloor. This was not done previously but again the house is 80yrs old. We had purchased a new toilet and asked him to replace our old one with the new. This was not part of the scope of work, but he did so without complaining or trying to reschedule. He cleaned the area and it looked as it did when he arrived. Everything looks great! New toilet works great! No more wobbly toilet. Highly recommend his work."

"My Central AC unit went out; the box outside smelled like something had fried. I called NETR, and they said they would send a technican over in a week. The technician came on time and promptly inspected the unit. He reported that the capacitor had blown, and told me that he had a spare back in his van. The labor was covered by the diagnostic site visit fee, it was just the parts cost. I told him to proceed and he replaced it. My AC was back up and running within the hour."

"Excellent. I went to Angies List in a panic because it was raining in my basement when the shower was running. Less than 5 minutes after I consulted with Angies List I received a call from J. Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! He knew immediately what the problem was, he clearly knew his business very well. The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth. I'm so sorry I just realized I didn't hit submit on this review. It was several months ago, but I still wanted to finish this because they were so wonderful."

"My central AC unit has been broken for several years. intermittently working during hot summers. I've had several HVAC companies come to diagnose and all of them told me different things: replace the whole system, new lines, etc. potentially costing tens of thousands of dollars. So I decided to troubleshoot by myself and pinpointed the issue: the filter dryer needed to be replaced. No company wanted to do this small job. I called Emerald HVAC and told them about my issue, they sent in José, who diagnosed the issue to be what I said. He replaced the filter dryer and the AC unit works perfectly now after several years! In short, Emerald HVAC will be my first choice for any HVAC work in the future. They are honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I recommend them without reservation!"
