"The Perry Brothers Construction team was outstanding at providing exactly what my family needed. Bill Perry, the owner, always listened carefully to any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire window replacement process. I never felt pressured to purchase products or services I wasn't looking for and was extremely happy with the results. Perry Brothers Construction is the only general contractor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire who I'd confidently reccomend to my friends and family. It was a pleasure to have Bill and his crew work on our home."

"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"I spent over a year trying to get our home renovation project off the ground. We met with many contractors that either found our project too large or too small. Our plans included adding on a 16x16 room, a large two-tiered deck, and renovating the entire first floor. Ryan came to check out our project and within no time had an all-inclusive estimate prepared for us. It was priced very reasonable and his presentation gave us comfort that he could handle our job. Ryan's crew was very considerate, especially considering we were staying in our home during the duration of the project. They were timely, requested consent to be there at various times and worked consistently to get our project done. Part of the project included custom doors and non-tradition trim/detail work. They handled this exceptionally. All the detail work came out great! We would absolutely hire Norman Builders for another project."

"If you have spoken to the rest now hire the best Liam Neary Construction. I bought a house last year and have probably replaced almost everything. He will listen to you, explain things to you, and give you honest feedback based on his vast knowledge and experience. He will send you a detailed estimate of the work needed within a couple of days and follow up with you. He is always available and gets back to you quickly. He respects your time and shows up at your home every day at 7 am and works 6 days a week. He checks in daily and several times a day if necessary to keep the project moving. He has a clean-as-you-go mentality keeping everything neat and orderly. He loves what he does, and it shows in the beautiful, finished products of his work. He will treat your home like his own. Do yourself a favor hire Neary Construction, you will have the work of a true craftsman."

"Excellent! Professional. I would highly recommend Level Builders. The deck was demolished in a day and completed the next day! I was given a range of material options for the build."

"We worked with Norman Properties"

"Stephen helped us renovate our condo in Boston in 2021. The work included complete bathroom renovation, electrical work, and building new closets. He found great contractors who did an amazing job, he also took care of all the paperwork/permits/building management, and helped to select and buy all the materials and appliances. He is proactive, professional and helpful, and I'd certainly recommend working with him."
