They re-set the stones and used mortar to secure them. They went out of their way to secure joint between driveway and wall. "The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

"Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."

"First the work area was set up to keep it clean. There were 2 project to be done. The lower part of the porch overhang posts were suffering from water rot. New water resistant material was used. It also improved its look. Then the wood storm frame needed to be fixed and the new storm door was adjusted to fit the opening. All was done in 6 hours. The CRX handyman was able to clearly tell me what will be done. Worked as quietly as possible. We are very pleased with the work the professional handyman and the communication we had with CRM handyman."
