He was extremely pleasant and the price quoted was the price. It seems high, but if they stand behind the "lifetime of the house" warranty, it is worth it. The product that was installed is high quality and I am pleased with the installation. Santiago took time out to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied at completion. "Will gave a very competitive estimate for the work desired and told me exactly what I would need to buy to complete the job. I purchased the doors and painted them myself to save a little on cost. He put forth a ton of effort making the doors fit within some very crooked walls, even shaving off portions of the doors that weren't fitting and making sure everything lined up perfectly. He even repainted the portions of the doors that required cutting even though that wasn't originally a part of the deal. He cleaned up after himself and the installation looked great."
