The technician who gave us our estimate, Johnny O, was super helpful in laying out all the different options for our water heater replacement. He helped us decide to switch from a standard electric to a tankless gas heater which will save us hundreds of dollars a year. Their flat rate for a Navian tankless water heater included installation, the gas conversion and a 10 year warranty. Plus iPlumb sent an email that included a $400 off coupon. Sweet! "The first night the alarm they installed to notify us of a water leak went off and we discovered the water supply tube had broken. We turned if off and notified them in the morning. They apologized and sent out one of the same installers that afternoon. While the problem was with the manufacturers product MEP took full responsibility and immediately provided us with a new copper tube to replace the original plastic one. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa.
