"Great service and price from start to finish; I highly recommend iPlumb! The technician who gave us our estimate, Johnny O, was super helpful in laying out all the different options for our water heater replacement. He helped us decide to switch from a standard electric to a tankless gas heater which will save us hundreds of dollars a year. Their flat rate for a Navian tankless water heater included installation, the gas conversion and a 10 year warranty. Plus iPlumb sent an email that included a $400 off coupon. Sweet! (Our total cost of $4,000 was what other companies were going to charge for a standard tank with gas conversion.)

MEP sent the installer back to our house at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and he discovered that the control board had failed. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. The team arrived on time, displayed professionalism, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again."
