"No remodel project goes perfectly but this one came darn close. Our designer, Fatih worked closely with us to come up with the perfect design and materials for our space. I loved the 3D image he provided so that we could fully envision the finished product. I also appreciated that there were no hidden costs. VKB fully disclosed the cost of every item/material. The project manager, Adam walked through the project on the first day and stayed in contact with us (day/evening) to ensure our satisfaction. The CREW, led by Walker was AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about the tile work. The young man spent days in our home working on the floor and shower and it came out beautifully. The other crew members produced similar quality work. The only negative is that sometimes the garbage from the job stayed in our driveway a little longer than we would have liked but, it was a small price to pay for such a beautiful bathroom Can't wait to use VKB again for our hall bath which we hope to start in the fall. "LFC did a excellent job remodeling my master bathroom. Tony was very patient during our initial consultation and took detailed notes as I described my vision to him. We turned an outdated bathroom into a beautiful spa-like masterpiece. I surrendered a spacious linen closet in the space to get double sinks. We updated the plumbing, floors and cabinetry; added much needed lighting to brighten up the space and found ways to implement space saving features/fixtures for a more efficient use of square footage - the pocket door was a hit. I initially wanted a barn door- I'm so glad Tony convinced me to go with the pocket door. Tony Heard and his team (Omar, Jose, Douglas and Uncle Merc) are true professionals. I especially appreciated the respect and care they took in planning for the project (pre-construction walkthrough, prepping the worksite, daily clean-up, printed schedules, constant communication- and yes he answers email and phone calls) Not only did we (my husband) enjoy having them in our home, our fur-baby terrier enjoyed the daily belly rubs. You won't be disappointed, we have several other projects waiting for Tony and his team."
