"Carlos and his assistant was very polite and did an outstanding job. They fixed the ceiling drywall and painted it. In the living room and kitchen. They painted the hallway ceiling because it didn't didn't match up from the living room to the kitchen which that didn't have to. They repaired a high ceiling and painted and 2 bedrooms and the hallway up stairs. They cleaned up very nicely. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely get them if I need anything else done inside or outside"

"Painters arrived exactly on time and accomplished all tasks the same day. The manually stripped the deck and applied two coats of stain. They carefully cleaned and then painted the foundation concrete as it had got dirty over the years. They also scraped, caulked and painted a large bump-out window off our living room.

"We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. He even helped us remove some big bushes and fixed some of our vinyl siding pieces. His price was very fair and they worked around my schedule and completed the job in a timely manner."

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.
