"I called at about noon for an appointment. They said appointment would be Monday or Tuesday. They called back about an hour later and said someone could be there by 3pm. I accepted. They arrived on time. The tech was clean and personable. He diagnosed the trouble in minutes and explained the situation. He said he needed to order parts and asked for a deposit which I gave him. About 2 minutes later he said one of his colleagues had the part and would be here in 15 minutes, it was. He repaired the appliance, cleaned up the mess and swept the floor afterwards. I paid the bill and he left. Over all it was a professional experience and the appliance is working within established parameters. I would hire them again."

"I have a contract with them.  It took them quite a few times, but I think they finally fixed the problem that I had with my heating unit.  Everybody was polite and caring.  It took 5 or 6 visits for them to figure out what the problem was.  I think and hope so the issue is resolved.  My overall experience was very good.  The quality was okay."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"I was told from start to finish what was to be done. The electrician  answered any question or concerns I might have had. I found him to be very professional, the work areas was cleaned and any material removed. As of today I'm still not sure if I needed the work that was preformed also the breaker pannel labeling is still confusing and thats was one of the things too be done. Not only did they save us over two thousand dollars but at the same time they perform high quality work!! They upgraded our 100 amp service to a 200 amp service as well as removed old Knob and tubing throughout more then half of the house and Rewired with new wiring!!
