"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"I have a contract with them.  It took them quite a few times, but I think they finally fixed the problem that I had with my heating unit.  Everybody was polite and caring.  It took 5 or 6 visits for them to figure out what the problem was.  I think and hope so the issue is resolved.  My overall experience was very good.  The quality was okay."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"I was told from start to finish what was to be done. The electrician  answered any question or concerns I might have had. I found him to be very professional, the work areas was cleaned and any material removed. As of today I'm still not sure if I needed the work that was preformed also the breaker pannel labeling is still confusing and thats was one of the things too be done. No I would not recommend A Best Electrical."

"We had went through two other electricians before calling MC Electrical LLC and thank goodness we did!! Michael the owner and his workers were very respectful and really know there stuff!! Not only did they save us over two thousand dollars but at the same time they perform high quality work!! They upgraded our 100 amp service to a 200 amp service as well as removed old Knob and tubing throughout more then half of the house and Rewired with new wiring!!
