"Dan Murphy is the least responsive person I have dealt with. He made our solar system useless for two months because he wouldn't respond to messages. He had upgraded our electrical panel, and the inspector asked him to change certain things. It took him more than a month to send his crew to make the necessary changes, and another month to schedule the inspection (which took 5 minutes). Almost every week I sent him a respectful message and asked when he is planning to come or schedule the inspection. The inspector contacted him. The company that had subcontracted the electrical work contacted him. And he simply ignored these messages. Finally, after the inspection, I asked him why it took so long, and he says "well it's done now." No expression of regret, no apology that our several thousand $ solar system remained disconnected because he wasn't responsive. This is no way to treat a customer."
