"He came out to replace my heater for my electric dryer. He was a WEALTH of knowledge and helpful hints for maintaining my washer and dryer. I would DEFINITELY recommend his services if you need help with your appliances. The only knock that I gave was the price for the replacement heater, although that is through no fault of his own, just Samsung jacking up the price to try to get me to get a new dryer.
