"The owner of the company came to my apt., diagnosed the problem quickly and installed what's called a float switch to make sure my a/c would shut off if the drain got clogged. He washed down the coil, cleared the drain, inspected the system thoroughly, checked refrigerant levels and changed the filter I provided. After discussing options, I decided to replace and upgrade the whole system. He was able to get the old unit up and running that morning, while I waited for the new system to be installed. The new unit was much larger than the old unit and the weather was not cooperative that day, but Joni, persevered and got the job done in a calm professional manner.
