"Silviu and his crew installed a supplemental A/C 2 piece system to my living room. It was a fabulous solution for a house that had insufficient A/C in design and could not be expanded. We bought a powerful Carrier unit. We installed very high in my near my ceiling and it required a scaffold and 4 men. This was the most professional and clean job I could have imagined. We had previously agreed on a price which Excel met. I consequently gave them my annual maintenance on all my units. Great company. Great job."

"We hired them to install a new AC and it went great. Very professional and punctual."

"The installers were on time, polite and worked very well to see that the job was done perfectly. They cleaned up very well and it was hard to tell they were even here. From estimate to install, a very professional company that delivers more than expected."

"The sales process was good and informative. However the installation time and lack of follow thru on several small items prevent this from being 5 star experience. The installation and clean package took 2 separate days with the install being over 10 hours. Several sales promises related to vents and thermostats were not upheld"

"Bart, sure knows AC! He was actually an old neighbor of mine and he installed all of the units in this neighborhood 20 some years ago. So, naturally, I went to him for help when I needed a new AC installed. This was a tricky install because the codes were different back then, with the lines being different sizes nowadays. He was able to give me the product I needed, properly installed and running smoothly! I would refer him to anyone who asked. He really knows his stuff!"

"We used Sansone for my new central AC unit, new water heater, and new major electrical work. Last week services, the electrical with PJ and Shanan went smoothly, they were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also Anthony Tancrede did the new water heater, he was also friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. All these jobs were done in Boca Raton, Fl. Thank you"

"From setting apt, to the tech, Rudy assessing and providing quote and the installation crew= perfection. The fit and finish was superb- even the PBG inspector stated the same. Had 4 company offer quotes- they never oversold- just provided the best system. Highly recommend"

"I came home from vacation to find my 15year old air conditioner was dead. Called East Coast just before 7am the next morning and by 9 Scott was here. After discussing options, I decided to replace and upgrade the whole system. He was able to get the old unit up and running that morning, while I waited for the new system to be installed. He sent a technician over at the end of the day to make sure It would make it through the night. The installation of the new unit went well from my perspective. The new unit was much larger than the old unit and the weather was not cooperative that day, but Joni, persevered and got the job done in a calm professional manner. His work was meticulous and he cleaned up after himself. At the end of his long (probably frustrating) day, he took the time to orient me to my new unit and thermostat. Scott was super, responding to my numerous questions and text messages throughout this process. After 35 years in Broward I have finally found an air conditioning service company that I can recommend."

"Courtesy, Home visit for quotation, very professional, show over three alternatives. Complete inspection on AC unit. Provide information about financing the new unit. When over the service they will provided, the hours that will take the installation. Company warranties on unit and information about maintenance services after the first year of the installation. In General Shaun provide me information in order to take my decision. I buy my AC unit from them. Great service, installation done in less than estimated."

"This was a major purchase so I shopped around. I had quotes from 4 different A/C companies. It's a small family company, I trusted them and their price was better than some for the quality product I was purchasing. They were extremely nice and neat. Covering my hall and stairs with drop clothes. They were also in and out in 4 hours. I highly recommend them to others looking on Home Advisor."
