"Our kitchen drain had been draining extremely slow. We had tried several home remedies with no success. Equal Rooter was very responsive. Kevin ,the owner, returned our call quickly and appointment was set for the next day. The morning of our appointment Andrew (Technician) called to ask if it was convenient for him to come out earlier, which was fine. Andrew determined the problem to be down in the branch line from the Kitchen, and resolved the issue with the use of a snake and camera. Within 2 hours we were up and draining again. "They did a great job. They gave me a very competitive price on the unit and the installation, so it was a no-brainer to choose them. I had originally wanted a Rheem. They recommended a Rudd which is made Rheem. The technician wore a mask and booties and was very conscious to distance. He removed the old water heater and installed a new Rudd model. He left the garage clean. He was nice and very professional. The unit and the new recirculating pump are working very well. Hopefully that continues for a long time. I would recommend Kyle Plumbing and would use them again."
