"Clayton seriously overcharged for a small plumbing job. I was billed $1,300 for roughly three hours of work with minimal parts, which is far above the typical rate for this type of service. Because of the excessive charge and the way the situation was handled, I have filed complaints with the state licensing board and consumer protection agencies.
