"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "Shane Kuzel, the owner of Immaculate Concepts Home Remodeling, LLC, just left my home after fixing two bad shingles on my roof. He did a wonderful job from start to finish! I had just sent out a request for the roof repair on the Internet and Shane was one of the first to respond. I checked out his reviews online and found 33 5-star reviews for his business. We set a date once the snow melted off my roof. He arrived promptly at 9:15 AM and immediately got to work. Within an hour everything was done. I had been told by other roofers that because my roof was 20+ years old, the whole front of the roof (on a Colonial) would have to be replaced for $5,000. Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.

External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

"Everything went better than expected, since it during an extremely cold part of Dec 20017>Jan 2018. It wasn't the best temperature in SE CT. for this type of work. To my satisfaction all aspects of the work performed was top quality even as stated above the weather didn't cooperate at times. The Thermalfit Crew just worked around it. The discussion started almost 2 years ago about this project and the difficulty was than no manufacture made a Navy Blue color siding in there listing until I spotted a company (this fall) out of Canada with a RI distributor sent me actual samples of what I was looking for and the rest is history. So far to date I've used Thermalfit twice (roof & siding) and would use them for any future projects."
