"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

"This company was very professional and did an exceptional job.  First of all, the lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and professional.  I had already had one company out who told me I had mold in my air vents and said they could get rid of the mold by setting off a bomb in my house and me and my pets had to leave for 2 hours.  I returned and they were gone and did not know if the mold was killed and I paid them $1000.  Anyways, I come to find out I was scammed and when ACR came out, he explained that the mold had to be encapsulated.  The mold was so bad it was coming out of my vents and onto the ceiling in every room there was a vent.  ACR gave me an estimate and actually returned in 1 1/2 hours to do the job.  He spent 5 hours at my house and cleaned the air handler, all the vents and vent covers and encapsulated the mold.  He even painted where the mold left a slight stain on the ceiling.  He cleaned up any mess left and was very professional.  He even reduced the original estimate because he said he did not have to spend as much time as he thought on some things.  How is that for honesty.  I highly recommend this company for any mold remediation or vent cleaning you have to have done. <br />"
