"The initial fence removal and new fence were installed quickly and done well. We are so happy with how things came out. The gate was completed a few weeks later because they needed to wait for some parts to come in. In these times with Covid, I know supplies can be difficult to find as I had trouble buying a refrigerator a few months prior. Chad maintained communication with me to keep me updated throughout the process. When they came out to do the gate, there were a few problems initially getting everything to line up as they were using the existing poles in order to save me some money. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! "Upon calling Jay for an estimate  - he came out promptly to look at the job in hand.  He supplied a detailed estimate within a couple of days and we agreed upon this.  His crew began working within a couple of weeks of original suggested date due to bad weather they could not start earlier.  Once here, they were very hardworking, thorough and professional.  All of his crew were excellent painters and took their time to make it look really nice.  They cleaned up each day after they left and were respectful of the property.

"The day before the fence installation, my wife and I went out for a couple hours after lunch to shop and do a few errands. As I was approaching my house, I instantly noticed that the old wood stockade fence was gone and the material for the new fence was neatly stacked next to my garage. We purchased the house 4 years ago so this was the first time I saw my yard without a fence. I joked with United Fence asking them who stole my old fence. It was if a Ninja fence crew waited for me to leave so they could swoop in to take away the old fence. LOL!!! The next day, a two man crew arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. The men were very hard working and friendly. If it were not for the gate and a couple holes they had to drill through concrete; the job would have been completed the first day. Before I decided to purchase the new fence I got three quotes. I found Untied Fence here and they were the fourth quote. United was 40 to 50% less than the other quotes. I asked if I could see a sample to the fence they sell. The owner stopped by my house and I was happy with what they offered. I am very happy with the quality and workmanship of the installation. I shudder to think that I almost paid up to 50% more for the same fence. I would not hesitate to recommend United Fence to anyone."

"Derek was punctual, courteous, determined and patient.  Everything went "as expected" while he installed the mount to the wall, but when it came time to actually putting the tv onto the mount, he ran into a bit of a "snag".  I know this sounds like a simple task, but removing the tv stand from the tv was probably the hardest part of the install.
There was no obvious way to remove the stand, so after several minutes of both Derek and my brother-in-law doing everything conceivable to remove it, they asked if I still had the manual.  Of course I couldn't find it (even after almost 20 minutes of searching) but I did find the box (which had the model number on it).   So Derek took to the internet.  He searched the entire directory of the company to find out how to remove the stand from a decades old tv.  It was so old that he had to go into the company's archives to discover that in order to get to where the stand was attached to the tv, 3 layers of coverings had to be removed.  I am sure that this install took Derek much longer than he had bargained for, yet he remained pleasant and professional the entire time.
**When I first purchased this Big Deal, I figured the price to be a fair price based on the time and labor I thought the install probably would require.  But considering all the time that Derek was there and all of the effort he put in to ensuring I was a happy customer, I now rate both the price and the entire experience as EXCELLENT.
