"Everyone was super friendly, but really lacking any follow through. Apparently the first guy who was supposed to come out had a family emergency and I slipped through the cracks a little bit, and didn't hear from them until 45 minutes after they were supposed to have shown up at my house. No big deal--things happen. We agreed that someone else would come out that afternoon when I got home from work, and that someone would be in touch around the time I said I would be home to confirm that I was back. I skipped some things I had to do that afternoon to go straight home--no one called, no one came. The next morning I got a call apologizing, and we scheduled a time for that afternoon. Someone came and walked me through everything I needed. At this point they were the 3rd business I had come out, and I was most impressed with GreenSeasons, in spite of the fact that they already had 2 no-shows. I was supposed to get an email with the estimate, but assuming that it was comparable with the others, I was most likely going to hire them. It's been almost a week and I haven't received anything. Ultimately I've hired another company not because I don't believe that they would do excellent work (I feel confident that they would!), but because they're lacking on follow-through and I don't want to worry about making sure the job gets done! Hopefully I just slipped through the cracks and am the exception, not the rule!"

"Scott responded to my request for service in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable in his products and had good advice on additional ideas. Scott or the office kept me informed of the timeline to complete my project. Scott met with me to check completed job and saw that work area was left clean. Having worked in the trades and managing a company its plan to see Scott understanding of what it takes to do the job right and keep his customers pleased. Will use for future outdoor projects!"
