"Kerrin is a delight to work with!  Her design for my landscaping and driveway were spot on with what I had in mind for my house.  She really listened to what I wanted and what I had in the budget to  spend on this.  She installed a driveway and sidewalk with pavers and stone, as well as columns at the foot of my driveway with lights on them.  She installed lighting along my driveway and in the gardens in the front and back yards. There is so much work that they did, I can't list it all.
I had huge overgrown azaleas along the front of my house.  Her crew transplanted them in my backyard as a screen and along my property line.  The new gardens along the front of my house look great!  They really complement the style of my house and yard.
 Her crew worked tirelessly to get the job done. The work was performed in a professional manner and without cutting corners.  Everything looks so nice and I am really happy with the final product! 
I will definitely use her again in the future!  I could go on and on about how pleased I am with the final outcome!!

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

I used Bautista's from February 2015 to December 30th 2015. I had minimal problems with the crew at Bautista's (they used round up in areas I specifically asked not to use it, they would cut the grass during or right after a rain and cause ruts of mud in the yard killing the grass in that area). Willie, the owner, always corrected the problems promptly and professionally. But beginning the week of Thanksgiving bigger problems began. The crew showed up on different days than usual without notifying me hence they could not enter my backyard because I keep it locked and only open it the morning of their weekly visit. I asked that they notify me if there is a change so that I can make sure I unlock the gate but it continued to happen. My backyard did not get any service on those occasions. The crew, I guess angry with me since I had called the owner, on their next visit left the backyard gate wide open. They usually pushed it closed. My Yorkies got out and one was almost hit by a car. If my neighbor would not have seen the dogs and informed me this could have ended in tragedy for my family.

 I have security cameras and have seen them use the blower to blow large leaves from my neighbor's maple tree INTO my garden instead of picking the leaves up.

I believe the owner has good intentions but he is not in control of his grass cutters.

"It was pretty good. The best part was that they were willing to work with me on a rather expeditious basis.  They always answered the phone and were always willing to come in and help. When I had an issue following the installation they came out and took care of it. I guess there were some things they could have done better but I was satisfied. I would recommend them for their timeliness. I called and tried to get quotes from probably half-dozen contractors and Nolascapes is one of the two that called me back."
