We changed our minds a lot and he always stayed patient with us and adjusted the estimate accordingly. Once we decided to continue with their service, it was very fast and efficient. They started working on our yard a little over a week after we confirmed. They did the entire backyard in 4 days! We changed our minds on a few concepts along the way and they still made sure it was done exactly how we wanted. We got synthetic turf in our yard as we have a dog who runs and plays around the yard so it was the best option for us. She loves it! :) It looks very real, but without all the work! We also had them landscape with plants, trees, and rocks all around the edge of our yard. Additionally, they tore down an old, ugly pergola for us -- and put in a drip system, a flagstone patio, and an additional flagstone path leading to our backyard shed. The experience was great from start to finish and I felt comfortable telling John exactly what I liked and didn't like. He was always extremely responsive to my emails/calls and I got just what I wanted in the end. It was a large amount of work and they did it all in 4 days-- and the quality is wonderful. I FINALLY have my backyard looking the way I wanted!"

"Could not be more pleased with our experience with TheDrainCo. Mark (owner's husband) came out and completed the job within a couple hours of my initial call. Problem turned out to be a worn/split hose from the washer which was leaking out onto the floor, but he also augured (?) out the outside drain pipe, and fixed an unrelated minor issue on a nearby bathroom faucet."
