"I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with Tom Drexler Plumbing was so poor that I feel compelled to share it in hopes of preventing others from wasting their time and money. I initially contacted the company to address a leaking faucet in a spare bathroom. I was given a vague appointment window of 8 AM to 5 PM and informed that if I didn’t answer a call prior to their arrival, the technician would not show up. When the technician arrived, he spent time criticizing the company’s hiring practices rather than focusing on the repair. He determined that a full tub and shower replacement was needed, quoting over $1,000. The work could not be done the same day, requiring me to schedule another appointment. The technician arrived late and took the entire day to complete the job, spending a significant portion of time sitting on my staircase visibly exhausted. The installation was subpar—both the faucet and showerhead were protruding nearly two inches from the wall, and the showerhead was visibly crooked. The faucet and showerhead were protruding so far out they couldn't even be caulked. My wife documented the issues with photos. She sent them to me after the tech left. I immediately called Tom Drexler, informed them of the subpar work, and requested a different technician to correct the poor workmanship. A new technician arrived the following week and made the necessary adjustments. However, within four days of using the shower, a leak developed in the ceiling of the kitchen below, and our toilet began leaking from the base when flushed—suggesting possible plumbing pressure or blockage issues. I contacted the company again and scheduled yet another appointment. Despite being given the same 8 AM to 5 PM time frame, no one showed up, and I had to follow up myself to learn the technician wasn’t coming. Eventually, another technician did visit and claimed the ceiling leak was due to "residual water" and dismissed the toilet issue. When the ceiling stain continued to grow, I called again and requested a supervisor. The supervisor came a week later, concluded that the issue wasn’t related to their work, and left without offering any solutions. Altogether, I had to take four days off work to accommodate this series of visits. I now need to hire another plumber from a different company to resolve the ongoing leak. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing. The quality of work, communication, and overall customer service were consistently poor throughout the entire process."

"Needed to get some damaged vinyl siding replaced after a bad hail storm. Sam came out literally 25 minutes after my initial post on Angie's. After hearing sam say that they are here to help me and not to earn some ridiculous huge margin like the other guys, that really swayed my choice on who to go with. The price and quality of work definitely reflected that. All the pieces were replaced and they even took care of some extra pieces that had holes in it from the previous home owner. We have 12 employees that directly work for us and 3 sub-contractors. All are submitted to random drug and alcohol testing, are covered by insurance and posses the skills to complete every job in a timely and professional manor. Our billing is different from job to job depending primarily on size of task, projected time and any specialty materials or craftsmanship. I am personally on each and every job to oversee every phase and maintain a helping hand and professional relationship with each customer and employee. We warranty every job no matter the size for a minimum of 3 years craftsmanship, average of 5 years on most, if material is produced by us or is custom worked we will warranty the product as well. We are certified from multiple manufacturers of products we sell and install. We also off the ability to purchase extended craftsmanship warranties. We offer discounts to current,retired, or disabled veterans. We also offer discounts and savings to law enforcement, peace officers and fire/emt. Just let our staff know and they will provide you with what's available for you. We are available 24 hours a day for emergency response. Same day service to any warranty calls. Estimates will be completed and given to you within 3 days. ALL work is inspected before completion is given and bill for final payment is sent.
