"Customer service was very good. Hired them to patch holes in 36" square of Travertine. Patch job not quite as expected, hence 4 stars. But hired them to clean and refinish large traffic area of travertine. Work was done efficiently and we were very pleased with result. Work team was very cordial and would not leave until we satisfied with result."

"Everything went well, although a little pricier than expected."

"I don't usually give reviews whether the job was done well or not. However, I am making an exception for Ched. He replaced over 25 broken floor tiles in my home. He showed up on time and completed the job exactly as promised. The end result exceeded my expectation. Additionally, he worked within our budget to complete a backsplash project. Again, he exceeded our expectations. Ched is easy to work with and does a great job. I highly recommend him and will use him again on future projects."

"Cory was exceptional in putting up a backsplash for my husband and myself. He was professional, left my kitchen, immaculate, and his price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs tile work or painting."

""meticulous" - if one had to summarize Jason's work, meticulous would be the word. Jason listened to our ideas, added insight based on his years or experience, and then executed our plan to perfection. Watching Jason work is like watching a fine craftsman plying his trade. Over the years I've had numerous occasions to watch tile setters knock out a job...bing bam, their out the door and what you get is what you get...good, bad, or indifferent. It's just another job. Not so with Jason. Watching the manner in which Jason performs his work, it's obvious the man takes pride in what he does. Everything has to be "just so". In this day and age, it's increasingly rare to find a craftsman who takes pride in his work. Jason is DEFINITELY one of those."

"We are SO HAPPY with the beautiful work The Floor Fathers did in our home! I was glad to find a local family owned and operated business. TJ and Chris were so kind and friendly, and made us feel like family. They were very thorough, they helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and are very reasonably priced. The carpet feel so soft and luxurious under my feet when I wake up and step out of bed. I will definitely hire them again to help renovate the floors in my rental property. I highly recommend The Floor Fathers for anyone looking to work with the BEST!"

"If there were six stars to choose from, that would be the rating I would give for the service provided. They were efficient, on time, and had a very professional and friendly personality, doing an amazing job repairing my ceiling. I will be using them for future handyman projects!"
