(The sensor went bad.) <br />  We are following Mo's recommendation to not use the self cleaning <br /> feature as there are grand possibilities to ruin the motherboard when <br /> using this self cleaning feature (the risk is especially high with high <br /> end , sophisticated ranges.)  I bought some baking soda, made a paste <br /> and started cleaning the dirty spot.  I could remove some of it, but <br /> then I needed to get a spray bottle of fume free oven cleaner and <br /> finished the job.  We did not bother getting the sensor replaced as we <br /> decided to skip the self cleaning feature altogether.  Mo has been on <br /> all occasions very professional, courteous and efficient.   <br /> Will call them for any appliance repair need in the future.  Highly recommend. <br /> TIP:  Take a look at their website, I have seen a coupn that applies against the repair of an appliance! <br />"
