"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Absolutely HANDS DOWN would Highly recommend. ? They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "We had a leak in one of our bathrooms on the second floor of our home. The wood floors of two bedrooms were completely damaged. We started looking for a company to take care of this problem and we came across Martinez Wood Floors. What a great work they did! They came on the same day to provide us with an estimate. Their prices were excellent. By Saturday they were already working in our house. They had to remove all that flooring and install new one. By the way, we purchased the Oak floor with them, good prices and had the material on the following day. The employees are honest and hardworking. Very agreeable with anything you might ask. While they were working on the old floor, we had the new wood acclimating under AC, for what the owner told us, this is a very important step if you are going to install new hardwood floor. The installation itself was fast. They were precise and also put our new baseboards. We decided to add the refinishing at the last minute, just to change the color and decor of the bedrooms. We did it to all rooms, and OMG they look beautiful. Wonderful work with exquisite taste. Worth hiring this company"

"Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Great selection, value, and outstanding workmanship. Couldn't be happier. They re-did my entire kitchen with quartz and porcelain countertops, my 3 bathrooms with quartz vanities, and my living room bar top with quartz. It was a big job, with very large and heavy pieces, but Zsolt got it all done in 3 days, including demolition. Everyone who now comes to my house is in amazed and probably a bit jealous.... lol Also, if worried about COVID-19, everyone at the office/Showroom wears face masks and the installers wear both face masks and gloves during installing. Highly recommend Zsolt Granite!"

"I can honestly say that they were very professional and did an awesome job they remodeled my kitchen from top to bottom and I could not be more satisfied. After they finish the kitchen, I rehire them to do a bedroom and it turned out great. They painted the walls re-textured. The ceiling lay down the laminated flooring. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10."

"It went pretty well.  They obviously knew what they were doing.  They were very neat.  They painted the room with very little disruption to the rest of the house.  They were very quiet.  The owner was one of the painters, which is important, as his name is on the line. 
The room ended up needing two days, as the old paint was dark, and the new is light; the walls needed an extra coat.  They charged the same lower rate for the second day.  There were a few small details that could have been covered better,  and they didn't remove some of the hardware, but rather painted round it.  But they were quite good at detailing with this.  To be fair, I didn't ask them to specifically remove all door hardware, etc. beforehand, and they probably would have if I had.  
 All in all the room looks really nice, like a completely different room.  My daughter is thrilled.  This company deserves more business.

"We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"They have done several jobs for me. They were able fix my front screen porch, replaced some sink faucets, did some wood floor work, and fixed a couple leaks on my roof. Their prices are very reasonable and I would hire them again."
