"We had a variety of pests at our Orange County property. The pests were entering from multiple openings in and around our condo attic. Some had even entered into our living area. TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. "Omega Animal Removal - did not remedy the situation for which they have been paid. In Sep. 2020, we paid $2500 to Omega Animal Removal to remove squirrels that had broken into our attic. In Nov. 2020, I noticed squirrels had re-entered the attic, so I contacted Omega Animal Removal. Over the span of 4 weeks, I called and texted 5 times without ever receiving a reply. In Dec. 2020, I called the office and they dispatched a tech to my house. He remembered working on the house and agreed that the recent re-entry and damage was aggressive and needed repair. We made an appointment for his return the following week to remove the squirrels and make the repairs. He was a no-show on the appointed date. In Jan. 2021 I called the office again asking why the tech missed the appointment. I still have not received a reply from the tech or the office. I selected Omega Animal Removal based upon positive reviews and their 'lifetime' guarantee. I paid top dollar and yet my rodent problem has not been resolved and I can't get anyone at Omega Animal Removal to address and remedy the situation for which they have been paid. UPDATE 1/23/2021 - Good News- I did hear back from Omega Animal, one day after my posting here. They apologized and dispatched a guy to remedy the hole. I appreciate them taking care of this as advertised. I change their grade from an F to an A. I support them 100% ."

"This company did a great job for me removing my skunk problem. The owner, Jeremy, set up traps near my open crawl space and taught me how to use them. He always took my calls and answered my questions, including how to let an opossum out of one of the traps on the second day. After four days and no skunks he came back out to check under the house, remove the traps and seal up the crawl space. The smell had increased overnight and he confirmed my suspicions that a skunk had died. He crawled under the house, bagged it, sprayed the area with an odor control solution that I provided and tightly sealed up my crawl space. He even insisted on putting the cardboard shield for the traps in the recycle bin himself. I highly recommend Animal Capture Wildlife."

"We called Wildlife Removal Services after another company had found a raccoon in our attic, but did not have the expertise to remove the raccoon. Josh arrived on time, entered the attic and confirmed that there were a mother and  one baby raccoon in the attic.  He sprayed male raccoon hormone fluid in the area and then tried to scare the mother out but she would not leave. He then picked up the baby (very cute!) and brought it outside where we put it in a cardboard box, sealed it and put in a corner of the house in the shade.  He said the mother would come later and take the baby.  Sure enough, the next morning the box was in the middle of the yard with the top torn off.  Josh returned that day and confirmed the raccoons were out of the attic. He then sealed up the hole in the roof  to prevent further entry. <br /> Overall we were very pleased with Josh's knowledge, judgement and his care in not wanting to harm the animals.  Although the price was somewhat high we would use this company again. <br />"

"Both times company came out, did the job. The guarantee is for 30 days, and both times a few gophers came back. The company was called, additional treatment was done promptly and gophers didn't come back (2nd time--we are still within 30 days). <br /> They use a chemical that they put into the ground and then water--I guess it turns to gas. So you need to keep kids/pets away for a bit. They also recommend some more watering on your own. <br />"
