"If I can give this plumbing company zero stars I would. I had a slab leak, and this company came out for leak detection. I was told that I have two leaks and they cut two lines. They were charging almost 65000 for rerouting two lines. My insurance company also brought their own plumbers and did their leak detection and they found only one leak. The adjuster called RT Olson a fraud company and he almost declined my claim. The insurance refused to fix the two cut lines. They only covered one line and I had to pay for the other line out of pocket. I asked RT Olson to fix the other line that he cut and was not leaking but he refuse to take responsibility. Then he send me an invoice for the leak detection and threatens me to take it to collection and add extra fees. This company is a fraud."

My contractor said he noticed a few leaking pipes. I found them on angi and requested a quote. Jason set up an appointment with me to see the work that needed to be done and gave me a quote within minutes of seeing the house. 4 days later I had new plumbing through out my house. They kept me on time and on budget with my remodel project. Spotless Plumber is great and they have earned themselves a lifetime customer !!!!!"

"I had a terrible experience with this plumbing service. I originally called them to fix a simple toilet connection leak. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they removed the entire toilet, broke the flange, and then tried to convince me it was already damaged ? even though I knew for a fact it wasn?t. To make things worse, they did not reinstall the toilet correctly. The bolt was left crooked and unstable (see photo), and the toilet was not secured the way it should be and they charged me 350$ When I called them back to fix their own mistake, they repeatedly hung up on me. I tried multiple numbers and none of them answered. Extremely unprofessional and completely irresponsible. I now have to hire another plumber to fix the damage they caused. I highly recommend avoiding this service ? they caused more problems than they "
