"What an amazing experience. Matt is totally service oriented. He is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and goes above and beyond to handle any problem. He came at short notice, precisely on time, and explained what he would be doing. His suspicions of the problem with our refrigerator was 100% correct, and as this was something that could not be repaired by anyone within 200 miles, he explained how to handle the issue with the manufacturer. I had a few other things that were not working correctly with my gas range and he took the time to look at it and diagnose that problem also. He will return with the needed parts as soon as they arrive. I totally recommend him for any appliance need. I am overjoyed to have him as a "go to" repair person."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Tyler is great, very nice, understanding, and a very experienced handyman great with nearly any task. If a task is outside of his expertise, he knows someone who can help. We have been using Tyler for handyman service to care for and upkeep our ski in/out condo in the heart of Keystone for over 4 years now. He is fairly priced, dependable, does great work, and has always come through for us - even in a pinch. We always recommend Tyler to other home owners. Good work is hard to find, so stop looking and hire Tyler! You will be happy you did."

"Unfortunately not good. I had to put in a service call on three different occasions for the same appliance. Once in July, then again in August and in October. Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. However I do feel that this problem falls on the company that was contracted not Choice Home Warranty!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
