"The service went well. I been using them for years and they have been always good."

"Keith and his guys were great. He gave me a great price on a new Trane furnace and AC unit. For the price I would've expected a pretty basic install job. From what I can tell, Keith doesn't do basic work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly in the best way possible. He put the furnace on a base to make it run more efficiently. He put in a new cold air return. Included a WIFI touchscreen thermostat. Included a new humidifier for comfort. Sealed off everything, cleaned up after the job and walked me through the whole system. They could have done the bare minimum and I still would've been satistifed, as I got a great system for a great price. I'll definitely be calling Keith in the future."

"Without hesitation, no doubt about it, MAP Construction is highly recommended for anyone in need of HVAC service and/or roofing service. They’re prompt with their timing and if anyone is looking for quality work done the right way, I highly suggest reaching out to them. I was able to meet with Matt and He was nothing but informative and his experience shows. MAP did my roof, as well as installed a new hvac system. If you’re looking for the right company for a good price and tremendous quality of work done, don’t hesitate to reach out to Matt Brofman at MAP Construction and you will not be disappointed. Actions speak louder than words and this company is good."

"Great to work with, very respectable of property, did excellent work. Have used his services several times and plan to use again!"

"I had to get my sewer main replaced recently, and I couldn't be happier with the work done by this team. They were prompt, transparent about pricing, and completed the replacement efficiently. Their crew communicated clearly throughout every step of the job and left the site spotless. It’s hard to find honest, high-quality contractors like this. 10/10 service!"

Hello! I am a 25 year old father who has some extra time on his hands often and doesn’t mind helping you out with your housework!

"Went very well. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Technician that arrived was pleasant, informative. Complete the work quickly and neatly. Tech also stuck around to provide a quote to replace HVAC system (as that is looming for our original equipment). Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended."

"Did not hire but JAC Electric came promptly to give a thorough estimate & educated me in electrical matters."

"It took 4 visits over a 2 week period. The last visit was necessary because the wiring was done incorrectly on the third visit and another technician had to come and fix the work. The first technician didn't tell me there was a problem; I had to find that out myself. The price quoted by the first technician was not honored by the company, even though customer service reps said the company would go by the technician's cost estimate. Multiple calls to the company's customer service reps were unsuccessful. The best they'd say is they'll use this for future training, to ensure it doesn't happen again. I was unable to speak with someone in charge about the manner. CS staff acted bored by my concerns about the quality of work and the overcharging and declined to address either issue. The poor quality of work and poor attitude have me reconsidering using this company in the future and am looking at other heating and cooling companies. The second technician was terrific; just not sure it's enough to counteract the hours and hours the first technician spent here (and didn't fix the problem/left it not working) and lousy customer service reps (I spoke with several different ones; they were all pleasant but equally indifferent)."
