He was knowledgeable that the part was still under a warranty even though the Kitchen Aid extended warranty people were extremely unhelpful on the phone. Due to his persistence, we got through to the company and convinced them to ship me a new compressor for free. He then installed it, saving me the hassle and extra expense of getting a different, more expensive repair service contracted by the company, or giving up and buying a new one.We had used this service before earlier and the guy recognized the problems we had.He was extremely prompt, did an excellent job, and had a great sense of humor.Highly recommended!"
