They did a great job on my bathroom finishes and plans a head. I even remodel my kitchen afterwards with them, Ben is very professional and responsive who made this process very easy. I defiantly going to use them again in the future."

"Allan is a highly skilled, hard-working, smart, reliable and honest contractor who attends to details—and has a great sense of humor. He did most of the work himself but also hired and worked well with sub-contractors. He started with our garage, creating plans for a remodel with the help of an architect and then precisely implemented those plans. He went on to demolish our old kitchen (to the studs and sub-floor) and rebuild it, according to architectural blueprints. The job required reframing three windows, building walls, putting in a new fir floor, installing cabinetry and a very heavy but beautiful hood/vent, installing appliances, tiling and painting walls, window frames and a box-beam ceiling. A complicated part of the job was building a permanent buffet with rounded corners and tempered glass inserts which he did well. He also built walls and laid flooring in our laundry room. We feel so lucky to have found and worked with Allan, and we’re hoping to be able to work with him again on future projects."

"Premium home Builders was the contractor we went with to remodel our kitchen. We contacted 5 general contractors and got bids before deciding on going with Tony from Premium Home Builders. The project included demoing the existing countertops and cabinets in the kitchen, extending the existing hardwood flooring from the living room through the dining room and into the kitchen, relocating the water and drain lines for sink, adding a LPG line for the new cooktop, relocating electrical outlets, framing and drywall of soffit to extend an existing one, then the new cabinets were installed, countertops after that and all of the appliances installed. It was a total transformation as you can see in the before and after pictures. We are very happy with how this remodel turned out and all of the little extras Tony and his crew did to make us happy. Tony’s bid was one of five we got for the project, and his bid was the lowest. We were skeptical about going with the lowest bid but we did since Tony wasn’t using box store cabinets, but rather custom built cabinets (with all of the bells and whistles that are options for box store cabinets) for the unusual shape of our kitchen. Tony and team also came up with other ideas and suggestions that we really liked that the others bids didn’t have in them. Our house is a true octagon house. The kitchen is located in one of the 8 wedge shapes of the octagon and has a rectangular atrium on the outside wall. So it is a usual shape. Thank you Tony and the team from Premium Home Builders. The main owner of this business is Hector and he is very professional and very committed to the work. Man of his words and is very transparent on his words and communication. Honest contractor and is very hard to find one these days. I can’t thank him enough for the work he did in our space and I’ll be hiring him for my residential project as well. His pricing is reasonable and I’m a very happy customer. For all construction needs and electrical plumbing needs they are the pros. He is bit slow on the documentation side. if your project needs documentation, be patient, he has all documentation. But he has definitely improved on that since I hired him few days ago. Apart from that a solid five stars for him and I wish he gets many projects. "

"Yes! Eduardo and his son did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone. There’s a lot of contractors who reached out about this project but what I really liked and one of the reason why I hired them because when Eduardo came out to look at the projects he listened and and then he shared with me his thoughts, unlike the others who just insisted this and that and I even almost kicked one out of the house already. After all, we the homeowners are the customers . Anyways, there’s more projects ahead of us and I definitely don’t mind having them to come out for estimate. We showed photos to friends and families and they all loved it."
